This approach is extremely powerful at composing recursive lines, loops and randomness to produce generative melody that sounds like human melody, while never compromising your direct realtime performative control.
Strange-R comes in two interchangable sizes, the BigHat Studio and SmallHat Live, each swappable between the same MCU controller board. The Combo provides both Hats and one MCU. In order to use both at the same time you need a second MCU board: this is that MCU Board ONLY.

You would only purchase this separately if you ordered the Combo (2 hats, 1 MCU) and wanted to use both together simultaneously for some seriously powerful melodic sequencing. Note that buying the Combo first and then this MCU later that still retains your 'Combo bonus' because you effectively getting your SmallHat top board for £102, rather than £120, but would of course incur a second postage charge.
